Add a responsibility

Name it, assign it, set a priority and due date. Optionally link it to a parent responsibility as a subtask. Every entry starts with the most important question: what needs to get done?

Set your AJAT components

For each responsibility, define the level of Authority, Jurisdiction, Ability, and Time required. The app tracks these as structured fields — not just notes — so nothing gets lost.

Track status per component

Each AJAT component has its own status: Good to Go, Not Yet Acquired, or Blocked. You can see at a glance exactly where each responsibility is stuck — and why.

The "Add New Responsibility" form is structured around the five informative questions of the methodology. Name it, categorize it, assign it, set priority, define authority and jurisdiction levels, log the required ability, estimate time, and set a due date — all in one place.

Required fields are marked clearly. Parent responsibilities can be linked to create subtask hierarchies. Every input feeds the AJAT status engine that powers your dashboard.
